Qualifications
- Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation
- Intermediate/Senior qualifications
- Specialist qualifications in at least one area of the organizational unit or shall obtain such qualification within one school year
Department Head Allowance per OSSTF Permanent Collective Agreement
- Major: $4,520.00 per academic year
- Minor: $2,260.00 per academic year
