Position: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager with a proven background in retail marketing (Home Depot, RONA, etc.) and end-to-end product launches . This hybrid role (Mississauga-based) is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and can lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact sales growth.

This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and play a key role in shaping and executing AGT’s retail and B2B marketing strategies. The successful candidate will own marketing execution, lead campaigns, manage retail and digital platforms and analyze P&L to ensure performance-driven decision-making.
