Responsibilities
- Understand POS data received
- Prepare various documents and reports, such as correcting POS data files received from partners, POS internal files, POS tagging
- Professional correspondence to customers, IT and sales team in the form of email and phone calls
- Assess risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Ensure policies are created and followed
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Assist and support the Customer Service team by contributing to order entry and answering calls as needed
