Join Computacenter Mexico as a Trilingual Help Desk Agent! We are a general leader in IT services and solutions, partnering with some of the world's biggest companies to optimize their operations with world‑class IT support.
- Shift options: Monday to Friday, 5:00am–2:00pm or 6:00am–3:00pm.
- Paid training during the first month: Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm, depending on the trainer.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to our clients' employees.
- Communicate via phone calls, chat, and/or messages.
- Deliver customer‑focused IT support without sales involvement.
- Excellent level of Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Experience in IT technical support (training provided for those without prior experience).
- Customer service mindset and willingness to start a career in IT.
