Portfolio Specialist (Bilingual)

About The Role

The Portfolio Specialist provides both client‑facing and hands‑on administrative support for mortgage portfolio operations. This role is focused on completing routine, process‑driven tasks that help keep daily workflows running smoothly for the Portfolio Specialist team. In this position, you’ll manage shared inboxes, generate statements, update banking systems, and maintain accurate records and files.
