Portfolio Accounting Manager

The Portfolio Accounting Manager will oversee accounting operations across our portfolio of software businesses. This role will own the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all accounting activities across 10–15 portfolio companies, coordinating closely with outsourced accounting resources and internal finance leadership.
Requirements

• CPA designation.
• A minimum of 3+ years experience at a large or mid sized public accounting firm.
• A minimum of 2+ years experience outside of the firm working at a fast paced company.
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and interpret complex financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and investor-facing deliverables.
