Role Overview

Supervise banquet areas, develop service team, ensure a productive environment, maintain standard operating procedures, and exceed financial metrics and guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to plan and organize banquet events (corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, etc.).
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup and takedown, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements.
