Shift Schedule

• Day shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Full insurance, Collective retirement plan.
• Night shift – Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Premium for evening shifts, Full insurance, Collective retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming material and select the best finishing method for each project.
• Perform finishing and polishing on client‑requested parts (steel, aluminium, stainless steel #4).
• Work closely with welders to ensure high‑quality finishes on assemblies.
• Properly manage finishing materials and complete quality documentation (ISO).
• Place finished parts on pallets for shipping.
• Maintain and clean equipment as well as your work area.
• Take part in inventory counts and help keep the workspace organized.
• Support team members during absences or peak periods.
