Policy Management and Customer Accounting Officer
Key Responsibilities
Policy Management tasks
Responsible for the timely execution of the following contract management/customer accounting tasks:
- Issue new/renewal policy contracts and documentation
- Administer contractual updates/admin updates/Policy termination
- Chase premium base/Book premium base in the system and calculate premium
- Prepare bonus/malus calculation
- Issue premium and fee invoices
- Generate regular/ad hoc reports
- Work closely with IN offshore team
Customer Accounting tasks
1.Manage the fronting reconciliation process by:
- Coordinating with insurance business partners to receive Statement on Accounts (SOA) on a systematic basis
