Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families. The Policy Analyst, Planning, Evidence and Policy provides leadership and support to emerging and ongoing population and public health initiatives and collaborations to successfully promote and protect health and prevent disease, illness and injury for the people of the Fraser Health region, as determined by the Population & Public Health Senior Leadership team and its partners/stakeholders.
