Become a key player at JIBC as a Program Manager for Police Academy recruit training. This position focuses on program efficiency, faculty coordination, and quality control in training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the recruit training program
• Coordinate course schedules and manage faculty resources
• Lead efforts in maintaining quality across training delivery
• Continuously improve systems and processes for efficiency
• Work closely with stakeholders to support data integrity
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree relevant to the role
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar management position
