Position Overview

Own and govern enterprise project and portfolio management standards, ensuring strategic alignment, execution discipline, and value realization across Ball’s project portfolio and the Fuel For Growth (FFG) Program. Act with autonomy for project delivery frameworks, portfolio decision support, and performance governance, enabling leadership to make data‑driven investment and prioritization decisions.

• Own and enforce enterprise project planning standards and execution models, ensuring consistent application across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
