Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is responsible for leading day‑to‑day manufacturing operations in a multi‑shift converting environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on execution, throughput, schedule discipline, safety, people development, and operational stability. The successful candidate will spend substantial time on the production floor working directly with supervisors, adjusters, operators, quality, maintenance, and scheduling teams to drive performance and solve problems.

This role is not suited to a “desk manager.” We are looking for a practical, hands‑on manufacturing leader who is comfortable in a fast‑moving production environment and capable of building accountability and technical capability across the plant.
