Plant Manager - Ethiopia (Glass)
Job Description
Our multinational manufacturing client in the glass & packaging industry is looking for an experienced Plant/Factory Manager for their Ethiopia operation!
You’ll be responsible for ensuring manufacturing and technical excellence of the plant/factory, and ultimately driving production and profitability, whilst ensuring strict compliance to all relevant legislative requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering/Business/Science or similar related fields
- At least 5 years of experience within a similar role at management level in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in the manufacturing of glass
- Solid working knowledge and experience within Ethiopia, the industry and economic trends and legislative requirements thereof
