Plant Finance Manager - Guadalajara

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the plant, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective decision-making support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead financial reporting processes, including monthly and annual closings


• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis


• Oversee cost accounting and provide visibility into cost drivers and operational performance


• Ensure compliance with Mexican GAAP, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements including IMMEX and tax compliance frameworks


• Partner with operations teams to drive efficiencies and support strategic decisions


• Monitor cash flow and working capital


• Strengthen internal controls and support audits (internal and external)


• Lead and develop the finance team
