Dynamically growing manufacturer of complex engineered packaging products seeks senior financial leader to lead transformation of the finance and accounting function in their GTA-based production facility.

You will lead a plant operations focused finance function with full responsibility for operational and cost accounting, managing budgets, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency, while supporting executive initiatives to enhance productivity and performance. As the leader in the operational accounting function, you will focus on optimizing the use of the ERP to drive the forecast process, S&OP;, and target continuous improvement opportunities. You will have an impact on costing and pricing initiatives, labour reporting and variance analysis against KPI’s set for the operation.
