In this role, you will report to the Plant Manager and coordinate the operational activities related to manufacturing assets and facility maintenance. Leveraging your background in Production and Preventative Maintenance, you'll ensure efficient operations while adhering to ISO-14001 guidelines and managing budget requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead management of preventative maintenance and repair costs
• Conduct analysis and resolve manufacturing efficiency issues
• Plan for facility expansion and modifications
• Support manufacturing staff during product launches
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and checks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance
• Proficient with SAP 4/HANA software
