Conduct regular occupational health and safety (OHS) inspections. Manage production staff: recruitment, performance management, discipline, attendance. Oversee team training, coaching, and cross-functionality. Plan and distribute workloads through production supervisors, ensuring clear communication. Use ERP tools and other software to maintain strong operational tracking. Generate and present reports on production results.
