Repairs Planner / Scheduler - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
Full-Time, temporary 3-6 months
Based in Kingston
£13-£14.50 per hour, 40 hour week

We are working with a leading, UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing. This roles is a full time, temporary position, based in Kingston.
For this role, you must have experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract, either for a main contractor or RSL (Social Landlord), along with excellent time management and communication skills. You will also have experience of using a repairs and maintenance software.

Managing calls on system
Managing operatives diaries
General administration
