Our Mining Division in Eastern Canada is growing, and we are currently recruiting for a
Piping Designer co-op
to join our team in the Burlington office. This will be a fall term co-op.
About The Role
Drawing production including generation of piping drawings, isometrics, tie-in lists, valve list and equipment lists
Under supervision of a senior designer, deliver drafting according to key deliverables by analyzing specifications, highlighting issues, and preparing detailed drawings in line with project requirements
Work with other disciplines in the overall assignment to coordinate designs
Liaise with engineers for direction, specifications and feedback
Ensure that objectives related to quality, quantity, cost and scheduling are met
Maintain consistent drafting standards across projects by adhering to Ausenco drafting standards
