Job Overview

Position: PIA Client Service Associate – TD Private Wealth Management (TD Wealth)

Location: Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada • Hours: 37.5 per week • Pay: $43,300 to $56,700 CAD per year (commission-based earnings available).

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and provide updates to Investment Advisors in preparation for client meetings.
• Create reports for analysis of client accounts; communicate with customers to provide mentorship on products and services and identify referral opportunities.
• Accept or create leads and ensure correct referral coding administration.
• Submit marketing pieces for approval, compile client information packages, and maintain marketing materials.
• Become familiar with and adhere to compliance requirements, including all aspects of new and existing account documentation and marketing materials.
