Reports To : Clinical Director / RISE Care Leadership Team
Role Type : Contract / Flexible
Primary Work Setting : Community / Client Homes / Hybrid as appropriate
Compensation : Contracted rate to be agreed upon; physiotherapist will invoice RISE Care for services provided
Role Purpose
The Physiotherapist provides geriatric-focused assessment, functional rehabilitation, mobility support, and restorative care planning for older adults receiving services through RISE Care. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist with experience working with older adults, passionate about innovation, aging in place, and changing traditional models of care. The fellow will collaborate with nurses, care aides, families, and other health professionals to support clients in maintaining or improving strength, mobility, balance, independence, and quality of life at home.
