Physiotherapist in Multidisciplinary Team
Job Description
Enhance health outcomes as a Physiotherapist in a multidisciplinary team, delivering top-quality rehabilitation services. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
This role allows for both independent functioning and team collaboration to provide comprehensive assessments and treatment plans. You will focus on developing programs that promote client independence and engage in consultations to ensure optimal care. Aside from clinical duties, you will support educational initiatives and quality assurance efforts, guiding rehabilitation assistants along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Develop rehabilitation programs tailored to client needs
• Lead consultations regarding equipment prescriptions
• Participate actively in team meetings and quality initiatives
