This role is vital in providing patient-centered care under the interdisciplinary Seniors LINCS team. You will assess functional limitations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to optimize health outcomes. Supervising rehabilitation staff and students, you'll also ensure adherence to industry standards and protocols in every aspect of care.
