Job Description
Job Purpose: To deliver comprehensive, person-centred physiotherapy services to persons with disabilities (PwDs) across various age groups and clinical conditions in mobile and community-based settings. The role requires a blend of clinical expertise, community engagement, and adaptability. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans. Provide therapy sessions (average duration: 2030 minutes) at homes, anganwadis, schools, and mobile rehab units. Deliver care for a wide range of conditions, including orthopaedic, neurological, pediatric, and geriatric impairments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (rehabilitation therapists, coordinators, medical professionals) for integrated service delivery.
