Elevate patient care as a part-time Physiotherapist at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) in Chicopee or Midtown. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate healing and enhance quality of life.
In this position, you will be fully engaged in assessment and treatment processes within a multi-disciplinary Collaborative Practice Team. Your role will include program planning, mentoring therapy assistants, and contributing to patient discharge planning while providing vital coverage for staff absences. WRHN is committed to providing compassionate, community-driven health care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients to achieve their health goals.
• Mentor therapy assistants and support team development.
• Develop treatment plans that are patient-centered.
• Participate in professional and hospital quality initiatives.
