Job Description
Under supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, performs duties in support of therapeutic services and provides comprehensive direct support services which are structured to meet the needs of an adult population composed of SMI, dual-diagnosed and/or referred persons. Directs, coordinates, and provides medical/clinical services to specified members within a specific clinic, including engagement, assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, family meetings, supportive psychotherapy, patient education, risk assessment and discharge planning; participates in on-call rotation for the system; participates in utilization management and quality improvement activities; performs related duties as required.
