Partner with our Customers to deepen collaboration & execute cluster Category Strategy. Develop and execute picture of success to improve quality & quantity of distribution and ultimately Mars and Total Category performance for the Customers in scope
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Deliver country Category Vision, focusing on mid & long-term growth opportunities for the category & Mars within regional local strategic choices scope – ensuring triple win: for the Shopper, the Customer and Mars.
- Develop, execute and follow-through on Shelf/Store of the Future & define future portfolio needs (focus on assortment and distribution opportunities)
- Work with customers in line with the agreed service agreement per customer (Category Captaincy Roadmap)
- Increase Net Sales covered by category captaincy following the customer collaboration framework deployment
