About the role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator serves internal and external customers, coordinating logistics, supplier relations, and operational support across the region.
Responsibilities
- Support Global Sales and Brand teams with information gathering and logistics for travelers before arrival.
- Ensure the G Adventures brand and partner brands are properly represented throughout the region.
- Assist with product review, new product development, and pre‑tour information (welcome letters, packages, Good‑to‑Go check‑ins, boarding passes, reconfirmations).
- Monitor the Slack trip channel, provide required information, and archive channels at trip completion.
