What the day will look like

• Handle inbound client inquiries (phone and email) in a call‑center environment, providing clear information on personal insurance products and identifying sales opportunities.
• Assess client needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and provide ongoing service, including policy changes and regular coverage reviews.
• Proactively generate new business by recommending suitable products and services. Improve each interaction with effective up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients. Meet or exceed sales, retention, and service targets.
