Our client is looking for a RIBO licensed Personal Lines Customer Service / Sales Broker in Etobicoke, ON - Hybrid Model
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service across several communication channels to the clientsLiaise with clients and insurers on a regular basis, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely, professional mannerAnalyze client specific risk exposure and make appropriate coverage recommendationsAbility to remarket to various insurers (where appropriate), to ensure coverage and premium needs are metHandle and respond to all incoming phone calls and e-mails from clients and companiesContact customers and obtain any additional information requiredKnowledge and proficiency within various insurer company portalsReview endorsements and renewalsQuote products for new and existing customers
