Summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Pre‑Suit Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice, must be able to sit in our Raleigh, NC office. The Pre‑Suit Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in pre‑litigation. NC Bar required.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day handling of all pre‑litigation work
• Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre‑litigation documents
