Our client, a reputable law firm in downtown Toronto is seeking a Personal Injury Law Clerk to join their growing Class Action team. This is a fully remote position, and is Ontario-based.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare court documents including pleadings, motion records, certification materials, and affidavits of documents.
• Assist with file management, including maintaining litigation calendars, deadlines, and limitation periods.
• Coordinate service and filing of documents with courts and counsel.
• Conduct preliminary legal research and assist with investigation and evidence gathering.
• Communicate professionally with clients, class members, third parties, and co-counsel.
• Prepare materials for examinations, motions, and hearings.
• Support Lawyers in trial preparation and settlement implementation.
