Role Overview
Based at the newly opening BMO Gilmore Station branch at 7150Kerr Street. Fluency in English and Korean or Mandarin is preferred. Availability Monday to Saturday is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
- Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers.
- Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that further grow the customer’s relationship.
- Welcome and guide customers entering the branch lobby, offering advice on available digital and self‑serve options to simplify banking.
- Conduct client conversations about banking services, recommend alternative channels, and provide personal banking and investment advice.
