Job Description
As a Registered Practical Nurse in the C6 Community Programme, focus on delivering person-centered care in acute settings. Support patients across multiple specialties including Internal Medicine and Gynecology Oncology.
This Registered Practical Nurse position requires both independent and collaborative work with the healthcare team. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and continuously improving care for patients with complex health issues. This role highlights the importance of ongoing professional development and ethical nursing practice.
