Job Description
The successful candidate
will organize and administer a broad range of administrative activities to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the office, including the Family of Schools portfolio, responding to incoming communications; coordinating and supporting completion of reports; providing updates on current and emerging issues relevant to the portfolio; maintaining schedules, budgets and calendaring system; assisting with Professional Development days, preparing correspondence, reports and agendas; coordinating meetings and taking minutes; communicating with a variety of contacts, both internal and external on a daily basis; and performing other administrative functions.This position is available to fill an existing vacancy within the organization.Qualifications and Skills required:Post-secondary diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education Administration, or a related field.Minimum five (5) years ...
