Carousel is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our technical marketing engine. We’re looking for someone highly technical, analytical, creative, and performance-driven. This is a hands‑on growth role for someone who understands how to build acquisition systems, optimize funnels, improve conversion, and make data‑backed decisions that directly impact revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and leadership. While the position is currently very hands‑on, we’re looking for someone with strong leadership potential who can help shape our technical marketing direction, take ownership of core processes, and eventually play a key role in scaling out the marketing team.
