What you’ll do:
Own LinkedIn as a core growth channel (founder + company presence) Build and run outbound systems that generate real conversations Identify and prioritize high-value founder-led companies Turn positioning into clear, high-conversion messaging and content Test and refine outreach and content weekly based on what’s actually working Track what matters: replies, meetings, and pipeline impact What success looks like:
Consistent flow of qualified leads from LinkedIn and outbound Measurable lift in response rates and booked meetings A repeatable system that reliably generates pipeline Clear connection between activity and revenue outcomes What we’re looking for:
Someone who has a track record of generating B2B leads or pipeline (not just engagement) Sharp writing skills that feel human, direct and unforced Comfort owning outcomes tied to conversations and revenue, not vanity metrics This won’t work if:
