Job Description
Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with an innovative social enterprise to recruit a People Partner. This is a key role supporting the delivery of objectives and working closely with leaders to provide a high-quality, end-to-end HR service across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert HR advice and case management support to managers, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and attendance matters.
Support leaders through transformational and organisational change initiatives
Review, maintain and update people policies in line with legislation and organisational culture
Embed recruitment best practice to support effective talent management, working in partnership with the Senior People Partner
Support and advise on organisational change, including TUPE transfers, restructures and workforce changes
