People Operations Specialist

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More than one-third of all food produced in the world is wasted, and ten percent of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-driven People Operations Specialist to be based in our Toronto office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structure with adaptability — owning payroll, benefits, employee support, and HR administration while helping improve and scale our People Operations function across Canada and the US.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience, supporting managers and employees, and ensuring operational excellence across our systems and processes. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with confidence and care.
