In addition to shift management responsibilities, the People Department Manager (PDM) is responsible for creating a culture of respect and ensuring the restaurant hires quality crew with the Hospitality Gene, trains them, develops them and schedules them to create a great guest experience, while being recognized and motivated throughout their time at McDonald’s.
