The Role:

Are you passionate about improving people systems and creating efficient, data-driven HR processes that support a thriving workforce? We’re seeking a motivated and experienced People & Culture professional to play a key role in implementing our new HRIS, provide payroll support, develop impactful and insightful reporting, and providing proactive HR business support across the organisation.
 
Based in Thebarton, this role partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, enhance employee experience, and support our people strategy and culture objectives. Key responsibilities include:
