A strategic partner who develops, implements, and advises on HR programs and policies. At this level, they anticipate long‑term HR needs, are proficient in multiple HR specialties, and may coach or oversee junior business partners.
Champions child protection, follows all organizational standards, and reports any concerns of abuse or neglect.
Coaches managers on employee relations, performance, discipline, development, compensation, and talent processes; partners with leaders to drive engagement and results.
Educates employees on HR policies, manager interactions, performance, compensation, and benefits.
