Objective:
The People Analytics Manager will lead the people analytics function for the zone, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that support HR and leadership decision-making. The Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, prioritizing key analytics projects, and ensuring that the team’s work drives measurable improvements in people outcomes (this should consider managing the relationship with the global team as an important player in achieving the team's strategy). This role also involves close collaboration with P&P leads and senior executives to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
