Job Description
The Opportunity Reporting to the Pension Manager, the Pension Specialist is responsible for accurate and efficient administration and compliance of the organization’s pension plans. The role administers qualifying (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit) and non‑qualifying plans (Registered Retirement Savings Plan), ensures accuracy in participant records, and provides exceptional service to employees and retirees. The specialist maintains accurate records, coordinates with third‑party vendors, assists with audits, prepares reports, and supports participants in understanding and optimizing retirement benefits.
Base Salary: $58,000 – $87,000 CAD base pay annually.
