Pender Island Ambassador

The Pender Island Ambassador supports the delivery of high‑quality visitor services and contributes to the SGI Community Resource Centre’s mandate of strengthening community engagement, economic development, and accessible information across the Southern Gulf Islands. This position plays a key role in representing Pender Island to visitors, coordinating information services, supporting local events, and contributing to the promotion of sustainable and responsible tourism. In alignment with the Canada Summer Jobs AI National Priority, the role incorporates digital literacy skill‑building and the responsible use of AI‑supported tools to enhance communications, data management, and public information services.
