Become an essential part of St. Joseph's Medical Center as a Pediatric Radiology Technologist. You will create diagnostic images specifically for children, ensuring accurate diagnoses and care.
In this pivotal role, you will perform diverse imaging examinations including X-rays, ultrasounds, and MRIs on pediatric patients. Focusing on creating a positive environment, you will engage directly with children and their families for comfort during the process. Your expertise in pediatric imaging techniques will be key to capturing precise results critical for effective diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform imaging exams across modalities for pediatric patients
• Ensure patient/family rights and privacy are respected
• Identify yourself to patients and families by name and title
• Report suspected cases of abuse or neglect as necessary
• Access Bioethics Committee when required
