Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year. Full‑time. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Remote work with occasional travel to Alberta or Ontario.
Summary
The Project Manager supervises and administers construction projects and is fully accountable for contractual obligations, client assurances, and financial results. The PM manages tendering, contracts, communication with sub‑trades, consultants, and the superintendent and client. They provide support to construction staff on site, manage drawings and design review, and ensure compliance with contracts and a strict adherence to schedule and budget. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated leader who delivers productivity independently.
