- Resolve the daily technical issues reported by end users in the company
- Make effective use of ticketing system to record, track, and follow-up on open incidents and ensure resolution is set within the SLA’s
- Troubleshoot problems with laptops, desktops and other equipment and perform hardware replacements or upgrades as needed
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications, Email, and custom Manitoulin applications and portals
- Provide training on new and existing applications as required
- Working with the Infrastructure group when required
- Create how-to documentation to assist people with various computer tasks
- Assist with or lead team initiatives
- Physically install and deploy new equipment as required
- Be available for flexible hours when required
- Scheduled to work on-call
- Maintain asset and system records
