PC Service Technician (Onsite)
Job Description
Collins Aerospace is looking for an PC Support Technician based out of the YEG Airport in Edmonton International Airport. The PC Support Technician will assist in providing basic technical support for computers, servers, peripherals, and associated networks.
This individual will be performing these duties in a face-to-face customer environment. The PC Support Technician will perform shift work in a 24x7x365 environment.
Midnight Shift - 0:00-08:00 Morning Shift - 08:00-16:00 Evening Shift - 16:00-0:00 Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Primary Responsibilities: + Installing/replacing hardware (computers, printers, laptops, etc.) and validating solution implementation is completed + Responds to any trouble calls from the Customer(s)...
